HONORING THE FALLEN | SUPPORTING THE SURVIVORS
The Wisconsin Riders are a group of law enforcement officers and survivors of fallen law enforcement officers from all over Wisconsin who participate in the Police Unity Tour and the Law Enforcement United bike rides each May.
POLICE UNITY TOUR
The Police Unity Tour began in 1997 with 18 police officers riding their bicycles over 300 miles from New Jersey to Washington D.C. In 2019 over 2,000 law enforcement officers from around the country participated in the ride. The goals of the ride are to raise awareness of law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty and to raise funds for the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington D.C.
LAW ENFORCEMENT UNITED
Eleven founding members chartered Law Enforcement United in the fall of 2009. Law Enforcement United's membership includes Federal, State and Local law enforcement officers, survivors, as well as civilian support members, stretching across the United States of America. Law Enforcement United is founded upon and committed to honoring officers that have died in the line of duty, and ensuring that their surviving family is supported and never forgotten. LEU continues to grow with over 1,500 members from 26 states and Canada.

IN MEMORY OF PAT PRIMISING
In 2019 we lost one of our brothers, Pat Primising. Pat retired from the Fond du Lac Police Department in 2014 after 31 years of service to the community.
Known to us as Primo, he was a member of our team riding in honor of Officer Craig Birkholz in 2012. In 2014, we were fortunate to ride with both him and his daughter Megan. Pat was a great friend to us all and will be sorely missed.
We are humbled and honored that a man who gave so much wished for memorial donations to be directed to our group. Pat and his dedication to honoring the fallen will live on with all of us.
Our thoughts are with Pat’s family. He will never be forgotten.

The Riders
The Wisconsin Riders are a group of law enforcement officers and survivors of fallen law enforcement officers from throughout Wisconsin.
During the tour the Wisconsin Riders join riders from New Jersey and many other law enforcement agencies throughout the country for the 300 mile ride.
The Fallen
Every year approximately 150 names of fallen law enforcement officers names are added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington D.C.
The Wisconsin Riders ride in memory of fallen officers from Wisconsin and carry those officers names on their bikes and memorial bracelets during the ride.
The Ride
The Wisconsin Riders depart New Jersey and ride over 300 miles during the 4 day ride.
Riders wind through several states on the east coast, picking up riders from other chapters along the way, eventually arriving at the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial during National Police Week.
